This festival offers a prime opportunity for you to highlight your best dishes. Feel free to use your booth to market your businesses as you see fit. Consider holding a drawing, offering coupons—use your imagination!Vendors will also be spotlighted on the chamber facebook page before and after the event.
This year, we will have a "Fan Favorite Award" and five other "Food Winners."
"Fan Favorite": The food with the most votes will win our custom made 2020 HamCo Food & Brew Fest Trophy, your name on next year's sampler glass as the "2020 Best Food Winner," and the title to hold until next year's competition.
There will be one food winner award in each of the following categories:
"Best Appetizer/Soup": Any food that would be considered an appetizer, finger food, soup or stew.
"Best Main Entree": Any meat, vegetarian, pasta or other dish that would be considered a main entree.
"Best Side": Any food that would be considered a side or compliment to a main entree.
"Best Dessert":Any type of dessert.

This year a $100 deposit will be required. Upon completion of the event, food vendors will be reimbursed $200.
Everything you serve must be in sample size portions (no larger than the size of a cupcake).
Sample plates and napkins will be provided by the chamber, but you are welcome to provide your own.
